General Escrow Protocol
What are the platform fees?
TrustBridge charges a flat **2.0% Treasury Fee** on all completed transactions to cover our infrastructure, compliance, and mediation costs. This fee is automatically deducted from the total amount before funds are released to the Seller's Wallet.
How does the TrustBridge Escrow process work?
TrustBridge uses a 4-step secure architecture:
1. **Agree & Initiate:** The Buyer and Seller agree to terms and an Escrow Ledger is created.
2. **Secure Funds:** The Buyer deposits funds into the TrustBridge Treasury. The funds are locked.
3. **Ship & Track:** The Seller is notified that funds are secured and ships the item or delivers the service.
4. **Release Payout:** Once the Buyer receives and approves the item, the Treasury automatically credits the Seller's Wallet.
Treasury & Payouts
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
Yes. Due to network and processing costs, the minimum required balance to request a withdrawal from your Treasury Wallet is **$10.00 USD**.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Once a transaction is successfully marked as 'Completed', the funds are instantly credited to your digital Treasury Wallet.
You can request a payout by navigating to **Wallet & Payouts** on your dashboard. We currently support payouts via Bank Wire Transfer, Cryptocurrency (USDT/BTC), Zelle, and CashApp.
How long do withdrawals take to process?
Withdrawal requests are routed to our Admin Treasury queue. Payouts are typically processed and released within **24 to 48 business hours** depending on the destination method chosen.
Security & KYC
Do Support Staff and Verified Sellers need to complete KYC?
No. Accounts explicitly created by the TrustBridge Administration team (such as Support Staff and Verified Institutional Sellers) automatically bypass the KYC queue, as their identities are verified internally upon account creation.
Why do I need to complete KYC verification?
As a fully compliant financial platform, TrustBridge enforces strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols. We require standard identity verification to ensure the safety of our ecosystem and prevent fraudulent actors from utilizing the platform.
What is Zero-Disk Architecture?
Zero-Disk Architecture means we strictly limit local file uploads to prevent malicious payloads. For example, user avatars are dynamically generated via SVG, costing zero server storage while completely eliminating image-based malware vulnerabilities.
Dispute Resolution
What happens if a buyer rejects the item?
If the delivered product or service does not match the agreed-upon terms, the Buyer can halt the escrow release and open a **Dispute**.
The funds will remain safely locked in the Treasury while a TrustBridge Administrator reviews evidence (tracking logs, messages, proofs) from both parties before making a final, binding arbitration decision.
Legal & Policies
What items or transactions are prohibited according to the Terms of Service?
According to our Terms of Service, you may not use the TrustBridge platform to facilitate the sale of illegal narcotics, unregistered weapons, stolen digital assets, or any goods and services strictly prohibited by local and international law.
What is the Escrow Arbitration Policy in case of a dispute?
If a Buyer rejects the delivered goods, the funds remain securely locked in the Treasury, and an official **Dispute** is opened.
Both parties must submit verifiable evidence (shipping logs, chat transcripts, photographic proof) to the TrustBridge Administration team. The Administrator's arbitration ruling is final and legally binding.
What are your AML and KYC requirements?
To comply with global **Anti-Money Laundering (AML)** protocols, all public users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before utilizing our financial capabilities. This includes submitting a government-issued ID and verifying your email and phone number.
Note: Support Staff and Verified Institutional Sellers are internally vetted and exempt from public KYC.
What is your Privacy Policy and how do you handle data?
TrustBridge employs a strict **Zero-Disk Data Architecture** to minimize your digital footprint. We only collect the necessary information required for identity verification and financial payouts.
We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing agencies. All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
