By registering an account and using the TrustBridge Escrow platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. User Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. TrustBridge highly recommends the use of WebAuthn Biometric Passkeys or Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to secure your account. TrustBridge is not liable for losses resulting from compromised user accounts.

2. Prohibited Transactions

TrustBridge may not be used to facilitate the sale of illegal narcotics, unregistered weapons, stolen digital assets, or any goods and services strictly prohibited by local and international law.

3. Limitation of Liability

While TrustBridge provides mediation and escrow services, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the underlying items being transacted. Our liability is strictly limited to the secure holding and routing of the escrowed funds.
